This Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to products and services purchased through the Virtual Studio Pvt Ltd (“Virtual Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at www.vsworld.com (the “Site”). By using the Site and purchasing products or services from Virtual Studio, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the Site or purchase products or services from Virtual Studio.
Cancellation Policy for Physical Products
You may cancel your order for physical products within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to any applicable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) terms. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email@example.com]. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, and you may need to request a return and refund.
Cancellation Policy for Services (Live Streaming, Webinars, etc.)
Cancellations and rescheduling for live streaming and webinar services are subject to the following terms:
20 or more calendar days’ notice: 0% of the fee
15-19 calendar days’ notice: 25% of the fee
10-14 calendar days’ notice: 50% of the fee
Less than 10 calendar days’ notice: 100% of the fee
If a session is postponed with 6 or more calendar days’ notice and the rescheduled date is within 30 calendar days of the original date, no postponement/reschedule fee will be applicable.
If a session is rescheduled, and on the new date selected, if Virtual Studio cannot deliver, then Virtual Studio may elect to charge the above cancellation fees.
If a session is rescheduled for a second time, then Virtual Studio may elect to charge the above cancellation fees.
If a session is postponed with 5 or less calendar days’ notice, Virtual Studio will be entitled to charge the above cancellation fees.

Returns and Refunds for Physical Products
Returns and refunds for physical products are subject to OEM terms, where applicable. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email@example.com] to confirm the approval, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Returned products must be in their original condition, including all packaging materials, accessories, and documentation. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to Virtual Studio. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund, less any applicable restocking fees, after receiving the same from the OEM.
Refunds for Services
Refunds for services are subject to the terms outlined in Section 2 of this Policy. If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at [firstname.lastname@example.org] to request a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your request.
Some products or services may be non-refundable or may have specific return or cancellation conditions. These exceptions will be clearly stated in the product or service description.
